    Mike, I tried doing Kipping pull-ups on the last two intervals…I’m pretty stiff in my form. Perhaps we can revisit later this week? Did you get my VM?

    Yeah, I got your VM. Don’t even sweat it. We can work on kipping pull-ups during warm-ups tomorrow morning. I have an article for you that will help with them, too.
