    This one was a real gut-buster. I subbed a 45-lb db for the 1.5-pd kb.

    Great to see CF NYC checking in.

    We’ll try and limit Rob’s damage to lactic acidosis and torn calluses; he needn’t visit with Uncle Rhabdo.

    Ahh, great, cross-country banter. Dude, don’t we do this enough for work? Ha! So, after looking up Rhabdo, I think I’ll pass. However, my first six a.m. hit with Mike almost bought me a date with pukie. Good first impressions are my thing, right?

    As we gear up here in Oakland, I foresee the (friendly) CrossFit battle eventually taking place between Oakland and NYC.
