    Just for purposes of record-keeping, and because I’m too lazy to write it down elsewhere, I performed the following upper-body ME workout today:

    Weighted pull-ups 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps

    +50 lbs x 1

    +50 lbs x 1

    +75 lbs x 1

    +75 lbs x 1

    +85 lbs x 1 (barely)

    +85 lbs x 1 (fail)

    +75 lbs x 1

    I opted for the CrossFit.com WOD, although I had to lighten the load after the Tabata circuit the day before…

    135 lbs front squats

    GHD sit-ups

    Sets 21, 18, 15, 12, 9, 6, 3
