As many rounds as you can perform in 20 minutes:

5 Pull-ups (or 15 jumping pull-ups)
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

    Jim,

    Isn’t it supposed to be squats instead of thrusters? Or is this your version of Chelsea?

    Jim, that was brutal – I loved it.

    4 Rounds modified: only 10 jump-ups per set.

    I’ll work my way up to 15 eventually!

    Repeat after me: Baby steps.

    Great job everyone!

    Wow, what a great workout. It’s been a while since I’ve done this one. I think last time it was around 15. Did this after clients around 10:30am. Was able to push through 20. Keep up the intensity :-)

    First two rounds did pull-ups, thereafter jumping pull-ups.

    Stopped about 7 squats short of 7 rounds.

    Rob throwing down the challenge. I’m gonna have to do Fran on Friday now.

    I never did get below the 6-minute mark during my best days and I’m nowhere near that now, but one of my goals is to eventually get below the 4-minute mark. Look for my time on Friday’s WOD.
