Double jumps – if you can’t yet perform double jumps, do single jumps and multiply the number by three. e.g. 63, 54, 45…

    Added the push-ups for the 7am crew – sorry guys. 6am was just too fast through this one. We’ll be working more on handstands and handstand push-ups next week :-) See everyone over by Albertsons for the hill run tomorrow.

    Time was 9:29.

    Done without push-ups. Did single jumps. Thrusters: 20lbs./hand.

    Great work, Carl. I think we need to have you start using the 25-lbers, though, for thrusters and presses going forward. You’re getting too fit for the 20-lbers!
