95-lb Thrusters

This is one of our favorite benchmark workouts. It combines a whole-body pushing movement with a whole-body pulling movement (yes, our pull-ups are whole-body).

    Well, I was going to post my time, but Mikey’s waayyyy ahead of me.

    So I’m gonna just reiterate that Fran is a b@#$h…one you cannot help but love.

    Oh, and Mike, I’ll have my kid tonight so don’t expect me in the AM. Although, I could conceivably work out so long as I leave Oakland by 6:45…
