Run mortuary loop (approx 400 yards)
20 overhead presses (using a challenging weight) or 10 handstand push-ups
15 pull-ups (or 30 jumping pull-ups)

    Presses: 25 lbs, set #1; 30 lbs, sets #2-5.

    Pull-ups: Achieved 15 reps by breaking into mini-sets of 5 (10 sec. rest); later sets broken into 3’s, then 2’s (up to 15 sec. rest). Last set did mostly jumping pull-ups (twice the number of req’d pull-ups).

    Performed handstand push-ups instead of the overheads with weights. Able to get through all sets of 15 pull-ups with no breaks.

    overhead presses: 10 lbs. for 2 rounds then switched up to 15 lbs. for last 3 sets.
