6 times down and up the stairs. Each time at the top:
50 squats
40 squats
30 squats
20 squats
10 squats
Finish by running down and up as fast as you can.

    I can’t exactly remember my time, but it was around 19:25, or so.

    For my own recordkeeping, I did the following this morning:

    21 KB snatches, left arm

    21 KB snatches, right arm

    21 Ring dips

    40 Sit-ups

    15 KB snatches, left arm

    15 KB snatches, right arm

    15 Ring dips

    40 Sit-ups

    9 KB snatches, left arm

    9 KB snatches, right arm

    9 Ring dips

    40 Sit-ups

    Time: 17:56

    Used a 1-pood KB. I used to be able to do this in ~10 minutes. I’m really out of shape!
