1/31/06 WOD

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Then, do the same for push-ups.

Post number of minutes completed to comments for pull-ups and push-ups. Identify jumping or kipping pull-ups, and push-ups on knees or feet.

    Got through 14 rounds of pull-ups after class on Monday – ouch! Will do push-ups with the crew on Tuesday.
