What we do:
We provide a fitness program and support system unlike anything you will find in a traditional gym, boot camp or the popular fitness trend of the moment. The CrossFit methodology is based on functional movements – movements you will need for your daily life, that have been around for as long as humans have been moving themselves and objects through space.
Not only will you get stronger, leaner, fitter, faster, more agile and powerful, but you will do it all under the close supervision of quality coaches and within a fun atmosphere and supportive community. We are not just here to make you sweat (although there is plenty of that), we are here to address your fitness and health as a whole.
Our small group classes are led by a certified and experienced coach, last an hour, and include a warm up, skill and strength work and conditioning.
We also offer private coaching, specialty coaching and programming for competitive CrossFit athletes , endurance athletes, weightlifters, power lifters, corporate and other special groups as well as nutrition counseling and challenges.
