For bench presses, use 3/4 body weight.
20 bench presses/40 push-ups
200 meter row
15 bench presses/30 push-ups
400 meter row
10 bench presses/20 push-ups
600 meter row
5 bench presses/10 push-ups
800 meter row

Terence completed the above this morning in 27:27. For rowing, substituted 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m respectively. Bench weight, 115 lbs.
I modified this a little using 135 lbs for bench press:
5 rounds for time:
10 bench/20 push-ups
15 pull-ups
30 sit-ups
26:15 on 11/7/05. After about the 3rd round the bench/push-up combo was a killer on the triceps.

Used 135 lbs for bench press. Time 26:15.
