12/12/05 WOD

4 rounds for time:

Run mortuary loop (approx. 1/4 mile)
20 deadlifts
15 push-presses
10 pull-ups (or 30 jumping pull-ups)

Post times and weights for deadlifts and push-presses.

31:30 (I think...I can't remember now). But with 30 jumping p-ups, 20 lifts w/ 35lbs and 15 push presses w/20 lbs. I think the key is how quickly you can take your shoes on and off around the outdoor run.

Seemed like the key was in the transition - keeping those shoes tied and slipping them on and off quickly.

Did this after the 6am crew - 19:32. 55lb dumbbell for deadlift, 35lb dumbbells for push-presses.
