Shoulder press, 5 reps
Push press, 10 reps
Push jerk, 15 reps

No hips or legs in shoulder press, no jerking the push-press.

Having a hard time typing my comments :-) Just want to say GOOD JOB to all of you this morning. I know it's tough as the holidays near - keep up the good work.
Used 35lbs for presses and push-presses, and 30s for the push jerks. Ouch!
