4 Rounds for time:
Deadlift 185 lbs, 15 reps
21 Pull-ups
35-lb Dumbbell push press/push jerk, 21 reps
Performing push jerks is highly encouraged as the push press begins to fail.

Times are very approximate; I'm afraid I'm a little fuzzy after this oxygen-deprived workout.

Rusty performed deadlifts with 115 lbs, 15 pull-ups per round, and used 25 lbs for the push press.
