12/22/05 WOD

5 Rounds for time:

50 Squats
15 Ring dips

This is one of our favorite workouts, if for no other reason than my own selfish desire to improve my high-rep ring dip efforts.

My ring dips continue to be the ultimate challenge, never getting more than 9 in a single effort.

My squats were unbroken but I missed my goal of finishing under 20 minutes. Way too much time spent on dips.

That one looks pretty nasty. I'll be in a few days next week and will have to try this one out. May throw a set of pull-ups in just for fun :-)
