"Jim's Holiday Party"
Joanne coined the name. Everyone was having so much fun, they didn't want to stop :-)
4 rounds, 1 minute each station, 1 minute rest between rounds:
GHD sit-ups
Rower
Bench press (3/4 bodyweight)
Push-ups
Scoring is just like Fight Gone Bad. Count the number of repetitions you perform within the 1 minute period. For the rower, use your calorie mode. At the end, add up all your numbers for the 4 rounds.

Perfomed this after the 7am class using 135 lbs for the bench. Here's how the scoring goes:
Round 1 - 20, 18, 22, 25
Round 2 - 20, 18, 16, 18
Round 3 - 20, 18, 18, 14
Round 4 - 20, 18, 15, 12
Total = 292

4, 1 minute round of GHD sit-ups...that should come with a warning label. Rock on.
