Lake Merritt stairs/cascades (approx. 110 stairs)
Push-ups each time at the top - 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40.

Compare with times from 11/23/05.

And, I thought I'd done really horrible today, but I looked up the last time I had written down for this exercise (from September) and I completed it in 30.05. I can live with it.

I must have been misinterpreting your desire to engage in conversation as total muscle failure - silly me. I'll try not to be so chatty next time and slow you down :-)
