A. Power Clean 3-3-3-3-3 Reps
B. 4 Rounds for Time:
Run 400m
Rest 1 Minute
For time:
100 Burpees
3 L-Pull-Ups every minute
Best Female: Candace 8:47
Best Male: Manwell 6:40
4 rounds - 23:55

I'm getting more buttercup-py. 3 rounds in some 36 min. But I stuck to my pushup goals :).
