A) 1 Power Snatch + 2 Overhead Squats (work up to a heavy single)
B) “Grace”
30 Clean and Jerks for Time @ 135#/95#
A) Take 20 min to establish a 1RM Snatch
B) For Time:
Run 400m
21-15-9
Deadlift @ 225#/135#
Box Jump @ 24"/20"
Run 400m
Male: Jay 155/8:48
Female: Michelle M. 140/8:56
Terrible. completed 3 rounds and five extra double unders.
I think I did 4 rounds. Geez, I can't remember and it was only a week ago.
