V-ups
Thrusters

Max: 25:43 (modified slightly, I believe)
Nicole: 29:14
Sam: 29:51
Star Masseuse: 30:37

Max, Nicole, and Sam all cowboyed up on the thruster weight, using 35 lbs, 25 lbs, and 30 lbs, respectively.

2,3,4th rounds were jumping Pull-ups.

A.  Shoulder Press 5-5-5-5-5 Reps

B.  From CF.com:

21-15-9 Reps for Time:
Deadlifts @ 225#/155#
OH Squats @ 135#/95#

Part B should take no longer than 15 minutes, so scale accordingly.

Compare shoulder press numbers to 2/20/10.
