James's approach to the WODs has followed our recommended protocol. First mechanics, then consistency followed by intensity. Taken in this order you will see both strength and times increase at an astonishing rate...just watch James next time you're in: seeing is believing!

Hello there CrossFit Oakland!

Just a quick shout out to you all and a big thank you for passing Kristine Brooks my way. She has made a committment to me and CrossFit for personal training for the next 2 months. I will keep you all posted on her achievements. She is doing AWESOME so far! Keep up the AMAZING work you all are doing out there...hope to see you @ the December cert!!!
