Happy 29th Birthday Ann! (Born Jan. 1 1978)

Ann K. is one of our most dedicated athletes. She has an amazing attitude and is a true pleasure to work with. She has come a long way in a short while, and we expect big achievements from her!

Wow, that's why you kept taping my sweaty self today. Thanks, for all of your support, those very kind words, and this cool video!! CrossFit has been a very positive influence on me and has started to change my life. Thanks to the trainers and to the other athletes for all of their guidance and encouragement! Thanks, especially to you Max, I work out with you the most and have come farther than I had expected to since that first day that Jonathan (oh, yeah, thanks, too!) brought me in!

Thanks, again, and Happy New Year! Hope to see you all tomorrow or, at least, soon:)

Hey, I just figured out if you go to YouTube, via the link on the video there is a button at the bottom of the screen to watch it in full-screen mode! Awesome!

Happy Birthday, Ann, and Happy New Year to All!

I resolve to get 100 more people training at CFO.

I resolve to meet all of the 2007 training goals that are posted on the wall at CFO.

I resolve to shave at least every other day (my personal grooming habits have really slipped in the last couple of months!).

thanks to everyone for being so supportive. I've seen Ann get bored with many exercise/yoga/pilates/gym routines, and I can honestly say she's never been as obsessed with anything like she is with crossfit. I think part of it is all the awesome women that she gets to train with, and the fact that everyone is so friendly, non-competetive, and supportive. We've had the privilege of getting to know some great people through CFO. I'm sure 2007 will be great.

Thanks again.

Ann, Happy New Years, Happy Birthday and congrats on your engagement to Johnathan. You guys are a beautiful couple!

The thing about CrossFit that continues to amaze me is the community of people that come together--I feel lucky to be around such dynamic, funny and kind people doing one of the things that I love the most!

Happy Birthday Ann:
I have one up on the rest of you -- I've known Ann for the whole 28 years!! FYI -- she just gets cooler every year.

Love you and so proud of you

Happy BIrthday Ann!

And congrats to you and Jonathan on your engagement. Get ready to be treated like your family's resident rockstars. (And in Jonathan's case, maybe a musical one as well.)
