Start 2007 off with CrossFit! We are having a Community Day Workout on Monday, January 1st at 10 a.m. Everyone is welcome, please bring friends and family for the first WOD of the New Year.

We'll be working out at our location on 3300 Broadway.

That looks like 95 lbs right Franklin? I don't see any additional weight. She can probably clean 150 lbs if she wanted to:) And, for all those interested, I did clean 125 lbs today at crossfit. Fooey on you Mike.

Candace, that is 95# but that should be about BW for Annie! That would be ~210# for me! How close are you to BW clean? Annie is a good case study on how form will lead to great lifts.

No way can I clean anything near my body weight. I know that Annie is a human monster and I was not trying to compare myself to her. I agree - her form is incredible.
