Our First 10K!

Congrats! to Chad Lott for taking second place in the Lake Merritt Joggers and Striders 4th Sunday Run! This was our first training run in preparation for the Pendleton 10K that 15 CFO members will be participating in June 9, 2007.

Hey Chad, I am so proud of you. I've watched you work tirelessly at you overall fitness for probably three years now. I wish I had been there to see you come in second. Way to go. You are an inspiration.

It looks like Max is peeing on the dog, and in response, the dog has to poo, sometimes happens with me and Annie.

Nicole looks foxy! I think she upstaged the peeing Max and the pooping dog... but once I saw it I could not stop laughing.
