Umami is a Japanese word that roughly translates into English as "robust" or "delicious." Umami can also be described as heartiness, savoriness, or fullness of the mouth.

Ah, yes Umami, the "fifth taste". My favorite examples are red wine, aged cheese and uni.

mmmmmmmmm, umami.

This recipe sounds so yummy. I can't wait to try it.

Does Tomato Sour Cream soup from Gregoire's (French take out place on Piedmont Ave) count as Zonerific?

Although I doubt anything with the words "sour cream" in the title is "in the zone". le sigh.
