Which way is the Stanford Loop? I've been going round the block behind CFO.

Mike made it significantly farther today after seeing himself on video. Not quite to the top. I myself got, er, 0 feet without feet.

That video is so embarrassing. At the same time, I'm so glad Max posted it because it's so motivating. I can't wait to get to the top without feet. I was two pulls from the top when I tried it last night so progress is coming quickly.

whatever, i barely made it up the rope with no feet, let alone with an additional 50#. I'm sure you'll get there soon, now that you're determined.

Chad, the Stanford loop is out the front, to the left and around the block on Stanford Ave. The street above CFO has a treacherous gravel path, it's fun.

That Mike - what an animal!

I'll be able to climb the rope with a weighted vest and no feet in........another lifetime!

Hey yeah, whatever happened to the farmer's walks? I actually like those. Well, maybe "like" is a strong word. I don't mind them. ;-)

Ann:

I'll do the B2B with you, but I would like to run it together: can we agree on a target pace, train for it and stick with it?

Anyone else? Costumes?
