I would like to add that Carlo is a self-motivating athlete. While Carlo's schedule has meant that his ability to attend the scheduled strength program group workouts has been spotty, he has managed to find a time to do almost all of them. His results speak for themselves.

Way to go Carlo -
Those are seriously impressive results. I have noticed as well that your form is much improved recently. You are inspiring. Keep up the excellent work!

Paisan! Right on, Carlo. You're always working hard and your positive attitude is great to be around. The results are amazing.

Carlo,
I don't know you at all (do you work out in the evenings?) but you look great! Very inspiring. :-)

Thanks to all for the great supportive environment. Deadlift is now up to 310#. Hopefully kick it up one more notch on Sunday.

Mile of misery completed in 13m 20s.
Weight vest and backpack with two 25lb. dumbells used for total of 100lbs.

Mile of Misery completed in 16:40. 50 lb vest + 20 lbs chains + 20 lbs plates in backpack + 8 lb db. Total including me: 292 lbs. It hurt the bottoms of my feet and made me realize the stanford loop is on a slight incline you would never, ever notice was there unless you were, for some reason, carrying 100 lbs.
