Kandace Makes Progress with Pistols
A couple months ago Kandace wasn't able to get a pistol. Last week, she decided to give pistols another try...and got three per leg!

good, good, good. I think that pistols are one of the best exercises for building overall leg strength. They also require immense concentration and balance. Way to go.

Yeah, Sam, that's good stuff.
They usually recycle the broadcasts a few months later and play them on ESPN2. Look for a show called "Viking: Ultimate Athlete" or something along those lines (I know it has Viking in its name).
