Overhead Squatting 205 Lbs

Full-Size Version of Video

Former CFOer Jim Lark came in for a visit last week to check out the new digs. While he was here, he managed to set a PR in the overhead squat, lifting 205# at a bodyweight of 170#.

Nice work, Jim!

Nice Jim! You'll have to join us for the CF Total Affiliates Meet on April 7th!

Thanks. After looking at the video, I should have tried another a little heavier. At our gym, there are mirrors everywhere and none at CFO, which is good. But, I lost some of that body awareness which made the first few attempts a bit awkward (yes, there were some earlier misses).

As of yet, I have nothing on the calendar for 4/7. When are you starting and how long do you think it will last?

Hope to see you again soon.
Jim
