Well here is a catch-22. We would like to know why people have stopped posting. I am assuming it is because Typekey is a pain in the @zz. Perhaps you could tell us in person if this is so, and we may change to a different anti-spam method.

Max,

Without user data, it's hard to know for sure, but my guess is that the sign-up/sign-in process is just enough of a hurdle to stop people.

By itself, it's not that big a deal, but when you add in all the other passwords people have to remember, and all the other sign-ins (particularly at work), it may just be the proverbial straw.

I've also noticed that most people prefer to observe more than participate in blog-like sites.

Anyway, this workout was surprisingly hard. That damn kettlebell got really heavy, the hip flexors stopped firing, and my legs turned into Lincoln LogsĀ®.

The type key isn't that big of a deal.

I think most people only respond when there is something to argue about (like on the main site).

So here goes:

I think Georges St. Pierre is going to put the smack down on Matt Serra in UFC 69.

Oh, and global warming isn't real.

i can only post from home. my work computer won't let me sign in. it's very frustrating! maybe your process is too strict?...

Actually, Ann, it doesn't really have to do with the TypeKey process itself. It's more likely due to your company's corporate firewall.

But don't worry, we've heard back from everyone loud and clear. We'll be pursuing an alternative strategy for combating spam and will be removing TypeKey for a bit so that we can test this new method. As long as we can keep spam at bay, we'll keep TypeKey disabled. But no guarantees on that.

I'll be doing a post on it later.

Yea! We can post again!

BTW, the workout today just "kinda sucked."
