Wow, what an excellent class today with Coach Schmitz! I learned so much, including confidence in the skills I have been building with CrossFit for the past five months. He doesn't go down a list of what you need to fix while you are lifting, he chooses the one thing that needs to be fixed most or that will make the largest correction and works on that with you and then moves on. He is subtle and powerful, I would come back from San Diego to take any kind of seminar/class/workshop with him. Thanks to Nicole and Mike for getting this class together. Until next time, keep gettin' some!

Today's WOD (sunday 4/22) for me:
3 Rounds:
Run 800 M
50 back extensions
50 situps
23:30 (situps broken up and on various apparatus depending on what was available. Doing them on the back extension "machine" felt best.
Then I did 7 sets of 3 OH squats:
67/77/87/97/107/117/127 lbs (last set only got 2, no spotter and dropping weights is not good idea at ironworks) so I did one more set of 3 at 97 lbs.
Shoulders somewhat sore today.
kipping pullup workshop on saturday was good - thanks Mike!
