What Skills Do You Want?

Mad Skills

Last weekend we held a free kipping pull-up clinic for those trying to develop their skill in that movement. Let us know what skill(s) you're currently working to develop (e.g., muscle-up, bodyweight snatch, etc.) so that we can devote some resources toward your endeavors (whether in-house or outside of CFO).

Today's WOD:

5 Rounds for Time:

Run 400m
95-lb Overhead Squat, 15 Reps

Post load and time to Comments.

that's an insane photo. yes, both of those skills would be good to work on (muscle-up & bw c&j).

75 lbs for round 1-2
60 lbs for round 3-5 (right shoulder started hurting after lowering bar behind head during 2nd round - probably shouldn't do that anymore.

next time I should be able to do 70-75 lbs hopefully - still had gas in the tank at the end of this one.

I think today i'll do the pullup/squat clean WOD that I missed on friday.

Muscle-up is still elusive. Bodyweight C&J should be right around the corner.

I sure would like a muscle-up, which is the only CF skill I cannot do at all. Pathetic for a trainer.

Cleans/snatches. We actually work these a pretty good bit, but I still haven't cracked the code.
