Great work, Kathleen! Which class do you usually go to? I don't think we've met.
Also, where did everyone get their lifting shoes?

I got mine from Sorinex Exercise Equipment. I got half a size smaller than my running/athletic shoes, which I've read online as a rule of thumb, though I don't know if that's true for everyone. They're stiffer than most shoes, and I've also heard you should use your dress shoe size.
