I would like to tentatively sign up for the Pose clinic. Thanks to CFO for offering it!!
Did anyone get PR's today on the CF Total?

So in case anyone forgot, a bunch of us are supposed to be in San Diego on the 9th of June.

Flights are 115 round trip on expedia. I can't leave until Friday morning and I have to be back by Sunday night. If anyone is going to drive and wants to keep to that schedule let me know, otherwise I'm going to book a flight.

BTW I have a valid license and can share in the actual driving, if not do all of it.

Looks like a good clinic. Sorry I missed it.

In Boston yesterday and O-lifted. Went to Crossfit Boston. Boston Crossfit rocks and Neal is very cool.

Angela, way to represent us in Boston!!
I'm very proud of my CF Total numbers from yesterday (my arms and legs are dead, however): Backsquat - 135# (I think), Shoulder Press - 60# (needs work), and Deadlift: 170# PR!! Amy did a great job, too!

Mud Runners:

Has anyone made plans on how to get down to San Diego?

And what about lodging?

Posted by: Tim R at May 10, 2007 5:47 PM

CF total from yesterday (my first one!):
Squat 225
press 120
DL 265

Total 605
Found out what is wrong with my Deadlift too. Thanks to Mike and Nicole for helping me figure that out.

Also, I'm getting a Co-Ed softball team together to play in El Cerrito. If anyone is interested in playing Thursday nights starting the 3rd week in June email me at ecspinecare@gmail.com

We need a 2-3 more women who can play!

HEY they ALL worked, YESSSS...

(takes a moment while hilarity subsides)

Screw my real name, this is way more awesome.

I want to play softball! That's right, Allen. You can have both Cyndi Lauper and Linda Hamilton on your team. Both of me. It will be an 80's riot. After all, girls just wanna have fun...

Goodbye Jeariglio, helloooo alter ego!

Men are welcome too, of course! (for softball that is) and you don't have to be a supermodel or moviestar to play, no matter what jeariglio might have you believe...
