Pose Running Clinic on June 15-8a.m. Piedmont High

CFO will be giving a FREE clinic on basic POSE techniques tomorrow (6/9) at 8a.m. at the Piedmont High Track (800 Magnolia Avenue off of Lakeshore Avenue).

The POSE technique will lead to the following improvements in your running game:
