Rita Gets Cut!

Rita and her 4 compadres, also known as the "Fab 5" have recently joined CFO and are quickly making gains in body composition change and overall conditioning and strength--as evidenced by the newly developed tricep muscle Rita is showing off in the photo!
AND, though we didn't capture it on video Annie Vought got her first muscle-up a few days ago! Funny thing is that one of her 2007 goals was to get "a dip" sometime this year! Congratulations Annie, we are impressed and inspired...

Alternative: row 12K. Ouch.
I for one commit to rowing 12K, my knee won't let me do the 10K.
