Why is the firetruck there?
Tim someone started smoking while completing the tabata whatever so they figured a pump truck was in order just incase there was combustion!
Showed up for The Hopper WOD. Don't know what sucks more, a DNF with only 1/3 of a rope climb left or the rope burns. I'll be back. I've been spending most of my time on O lifts so it was time to get a metcon jolt.
Is anybody else wondering why there are no hot firemen in this picture? Boring.....

I predict an upswing in firefighter attendance in the next few weeks.
32:40ish, had to switch to negative ring dips for 10 of them, used 25#dbs for the cleans, and 1.5 pd kb. oh, and 3 half-ass rope climbs.

I was not feeling it at 11, but I did come in and knock it out in 25:30 at 7PM, as rx'd, except due to a tender knee, I did not dare to jump to the box and did step-ups instead.
