CFO Photo Album

CFO_FOD.JPG

A picture is worth a thousand words

Because so much of what we do is community-oriented, we've decided to begin archiving the photos we take of the various events in which we participate by creating an online photo album.

We're starting the photo album with pictures from this past weekend's CrossFit Certification Seminar:

Enjoy!

(And send us your pictures of all things CFO-related; we'll put them in the album, too.)

Why is the firetruck there?

Posted by: Tim Rickards at July 12, 2007 10:52 AM

Tim someone started smoking while completing the tabata whatever so they figured a pump truck was in order just incase there was combustion!

Showed up for The Hopper WOD. Don't know what sucks more, a DNF with only 1/3 of a rope climb left or the rope burns. I'll be back. I've been spending most of my time on O lifts so it was time to get a metcon jolt.

Is anybody else wondering why there are no hot firemen in this picture? Boring.....

I think Connie needs a firehose unleashed on her. Easy there, girl!

I predict an upswing in firefighter attendance in the next few weeks.

32:40ish, had to switch to negative ring dips for 10 of them, used 25#dbs for the cleans, and 1.5 pd kb. oh, and 3 half-ass rope climbs.

thank you for the wod, nicole and mike. you guys rocked! ahem, max, where were you?

I was not feeling it at 11, but I did come in and knock it out in 25:30 at 7PM, as rx'd, except due to a tender knee, I did not dare to jump to the box and did step-ups instead.

I'll be in tomorrow for the BP @ 11
