1-2-3 Go! Franklin and Sam in their first rep of "Fran"
Our first monthly WOD-off was a success. Pa' (a.k.a. Some Random Dude) took the prize (a pat on the back) with a time of 5 minutes as Rx'd. We will have another WOD-Off Saturday, August 18 at 6pm

I am writing all of the six a.m. folks to apologize. I screwed up this morning in my 4a.m. stupor--saw 5, 10 15 and assumed Cindy--as you may have noticed the workout was 20 Rounds total! Luckily I caught my mistake by 7am and we put a cap of 30 minutes on the workout for the rest of the day.
Anyway, just a mea culpa!

I came in around 32 minutes, but finished all 20 rounds.
