Dogtown Grappling Club

Yes, that is right, starting next month we will have regular grappling and self defense classes in our upper room. Please come in and check out the "Dogtown Grappling Club" in action.


Rest Day WOD

Practice overhead squats, working up to a 15 rep max.

Finisher:

3 Rounds for Time:

Run 400m
15 Overhead Squats @ 75#

Additional Finishers:

50 perfect Abmat sit-ups
50 unbroken wall ball shots

WEEKNIGHTS 5-6pm

KIDS Mon-Wed-Fri (5-6pm)
(10 years of age and up)

ADULTS Tue-Thu (5-6pm)

OPEN MAT (all ages) Noon-1pm Saturdays

DROP-IN FEE: $20

6 WEEK KIDS Unlimited Intro Course = $240
6 WEEK ADULT Unlimited Intro Course = $180

MONTHLY KIDS Unlimited = $160
MONTHLY KIDS 3x/week = $120

MONTHLY ADULT Unlimited = $120
MONTHLY ADULT 2x/week = $100

CROSSFIT MEMBER DISCOUNT
Unlimited ADULT = $100/month
2x/week ADULT = $80/month

I am totally doing it! Are we doing grappling only or MAA? DO we get to have UFC Pay Per View parties? Any way to get some later class times? Will we be learning techniques and then fighting once we get skilled? Can we go to tournaments?
