We have been getting some very positive feedback from CFO members who are experiencing health and fitness breakthroughs as a result of CrossFit programming. Changes in bodyweight composition, overall improvements of the metabolic health profile, and PR's being set in sport specific events.

I could say alot more, but my favorites: increased lean body mass in 2 months, greatly increased leg strength (can run again, and my acl repair has healed very well). I am more coordinated/agile! plus, with the addition of the zone diet, less tired as well...Thanks Mike, Nicole and Max for making it so enjoyable!...and the xfit members who've kept me coming back for more! amy

I too have been reaping the benefits of the Zone. Since i started it exactly two weeks ago, I've noticed an all around improved sense of well being. Eating in the Zone has really taught me how to fuel my workouts and allowed me to step it up a notch. For the first time ever I am doing WODs as RxD! Thanx ya'll for all the help and support!

I'm definitely starting to see benefits as I'm becoming stricter with my zone blocks (aiming for 14 now), and increasing the intensity of my workouts. I've been losing body fat and keep getting asked by friends/coworkers if I've lost weight. I'm very satisfied with the results I've seen so far, and it's also encouraging for me to keep at it!

My classmates always get tired before me in jujitsu, I'm much stronger, and I'm much happier with my physique. I also feel really good!
