Who is ready for some Olympic lifting?
Who would like to come check out some of the local talent or test their Oly skills? The Tommy Kono Open is being held in Sacramento Aug 4, 2007. The event will follow USAW weightlifting rules; the lifts will be the Snatch and Clean and Jerk.
