I think the ring muscle-up is harder: why?? I can't do it!
No contest: ring muscle up.
The bar version is just a big kip with some small complications at the top. The rings involve a controlled kip and complex transition to the dip.
At least, that's my excuse.
Congrats John!
There's a white glow about you when you muscle up. Is that generated from the kip or is it just an inner glow?
Mike (from boston):
great job on the workout yesterday. It was inspiring to watch you do the dips so fast and the HSPU's with full ROM! and thanks for the tip on turning the hands out, that helps a lot.
I'm going to have to work on the HSPU's for sure.
what's up with the Twin Peaks music?
