Newbie questions: any idea how long an actual competition lasts? Also would there be a class for 35+ Masters @ -77?

For what it's worth my PB is 138 kg but I've lost some strength since making weight.

Checking on your question, Carlo...

In the meantime, what an awesome compilation of Dimas in action. What a great champion!

But the Scorpions????

Carlo I am in, I plan to train down at FIT in Los Altos (home platform advantage) I am sure I will get blown out of the water by the average guy in my wt class. I would be lucky to finish with a combined wt of 190kg! most of the guys totals will be between 200 and 300 kg I will start lifting with the 56KG PWA guys hell they have C&J's above 100kg! that is approaching twice body wt for the C&J...... this should be fun
