Sounds like fun. Don't know if I can make it, but I have a good workout for you.
3 rounds:
Run 400m (or Row 500m)
15 Push-jerks 95lbs (scale up or down as necessary)
20 knees to elbows
15 power cleans 95lbs (scale up or down)
20 pull-ups
