The CrossFit Oakland Cocktail

Chad, our CFO UC Berkeley Student and Bartender Extraordinare
Chad, pictured above, has graciously agreed to tend bar for our CFO Oyster Race Fundraiser & Party on Saturday, October 6, beginning at 6pm.
Here's your chance to put on your party planning hat.
We want to create a cocktail known as The CrossFit Oakland.
Post to comments your choice of alcohol and ingredients for The CrossFit Oakland.
Get creative. The more drinkable the entry, the better.

There will be no muddling, blending, or layering involved in this new cocktail.
I'm thinking that it should be Hennessey and Protein powder over ice.
Chad:
no muddling, mixing or layering? that's not very CF. I was really hoping that you could make that chipotle infused martini! Does shaking count?
Namaste my brother.
I think it should be some sort of layered triplet that starts smooth as the first layer goes down and then has a wicked kick at the end.
Perhaps something tooty fruity at the top and goldschlagger (sp?) at the bottom. Just something nasty to help you meet Pukie.
Chad -
I'm thinking rum based. Tequila too many calories, vodka too common (cosmos, martinis, do we really need another one?).
Whiskey is tempting...because I like it.
Any way, here's a Rum recipe you could easily create as a punch:
1.5 oz Captain Morgan
1 oz Stirrings Mango Mix
.5 oz Stirrings Pina Colada Mix
Shake vigorously
Strain into an iced Collins glass or chilled martini glass
Garnish with Stirrings Coconut Crunch Rimmer
Almost like a health drink!
Very tasty!
Now we need to name it?
Chad, would Courvoisier be more Oaktown appropriate?
1/4 bottle "perfect protein" 2 blocks
2 oz vodka 2 blocks
six almonds on the side 2 blocks

Pay attention to the rest scheme, it is just as, if not more important than anything else.
Yeah Max, you know what's up!!!
Way to keep it in the zone dude!
May i suggest we substitute the vodka for, say...tequila?
Sangria or Rum Punch (tart, not sweet) or some sort of infused vodka (pineapple, maybe?)
2 parts Hpnotiq (To keep it real)
1 part Pineapple juice (For fruitiness.)
1 Crushed Mint Leaf (To keep it Fresh, Ah!)
Bloody Fran - painful but nourishing
(mix)
1 Tbsp celery salt
1/2 bottle tabasco
2 cans beef broth
5 oz bottle Worcestershire sauce
Fill remaining 1 Qt bottle with sweet-sour mix
To Make the Bloody Fran:
Add one shot vodka
One shot mix
Fill the rest of the glass with Libby's tomato juice, stir
Add celery, etc and sprinkle with pepper
