5 Block Burger
A great Sunday night dinner
I took this photo right before dinner last night. As you can see, it was stuffed so full that I couldn't keep the onions and mushrooms from overflowing.
The contents:
* 6 ounces of ground buffalo from Prather Ranch
* 1 oz cheese
* 2 slices of Alvarado Street bread
* 1/2 cup mushrooms
* 1/4 onion
* A couple handfuls of mustard greens
* 2 slices of tomatoes
* 1/2 avocado
* A smattering of salt, pepper, and mustard
All of it together amounted to 5 blocks of protein, carbs, and fat.
Yummy!

CFO Bar & Grill? Mike, think about it. Maybe just a foodcart!

Today's theme seems to be men and meat. On my way to work, I walked by two men sitting in their orange hardhat, work boots and other grubbiness, chowing down on take-out burgers. It was like something out of a fast food TV commercial. Stop this insanity! Oh, right, I'm attached to Max--it's not going to stop--meat is a way of life.

You should cook everyone one of them burgers someday.
anyway, I dont know if I will be seeing you guys the rest of the week. I might be flying down to be with my family... they are being evacuated due to the fires. Have fun without me.

Daniel KICKED MY ASS! 168 to 130!
Good work, Daniel. Very impressive. Let's wait and see what tomorrow holds.
I'm like Paul Newman in the Color of Money now. Just biding my time. Gotta get back in shape and take out the young hustlers.
And Steven, I hope your family's all right.

Sorry to hear about your family's situation Steven. Take care, we'll all be thinking of you.
And Mike....Que paso???? No worries, you just gotta keep eatin' those 5 block burgers.

Jeez, just as I start kicking Mike's ass (I got 150)Daniel takes it to another level. I think I could get 158 with a strategy tweak, but putting more on that is going to take some seriously increased fitness. Nice work Daniel.
