We're happy to report that Tim and his wife, Natalie, delivered two beautiful babies yesterday evening at 6pm. According to Tim, the two kids and their mom are doing just fine.

Awwwwwww!!! Your babies are just beautiful! Hey, you could do twin baby exercises: thrusters (sub for dumbells), weighted push-ups, sit-ups and pull-ups--and that's just for starters. Don't let your wife read this. She might be offended ;)

Miles clocked in at 6.5lb. Lena was just shy of 7lb. Much larger than we expected. Mom cooked up some big 'uns.
