CrossFit & Firefighting

With fire department personnel from Oakland Fire and Berkeley Fire training at CFO, it's become fairly obvious, from a training standpoint, that CrossFit and firefighting go hand in hand, primarily due to the the constantly varied training stimulus that CrossFit offers. And it's been fun to watch a number of firefighters make some serious progress while training at CFO.
And now CrossFit HQ has agreed to allow us, along with the Oakland Fire Department, to host a certification seminar at the Oakland Fire Tower November 24-25. Talk about a validation of CrossFit for firefighters.
