Ugh. Nicole just had to go and post ol' ghost-white Minium grunting away.

What no socks?

I won't be able to make it. For my CFO friends who maybe don't know we have a 2nd baby on the way at the end of Nov. And the GWO conflicts with the hospital tour, which of course takes precedence. But if you are doing some precomp training sessions let me know.

Hey, is this 'our' Murph?

are those the new helium filled plates?

I believe they're made of the same material as the jump rope you use for your double-unders.

Congratulations on the new addition to the family, Carlo!

I think there's another Oly lifting comp coming up in February of 2008 that a few of us, myself included, are planning on competing in. Maybe you can join us for that one.

Ummm, do those actually count if he's not in a 1-piece suit?

gook luck Okumu!

good luck Okumu!

-oops, just finished working out and made a bad typo. sorry

p.s. thrusters with 2 different sized kettlebells are very difficult. especially if one's 24kg and the other's only 12kg.

Jonathan: Typo, huh? Likely story.
-hee hee, just kidding.
So glad to hear you're working out and hope you and Ann are doing well :)
