Michael Does Murph

Mike Perry (aka Psycho Michael) , exemplar of intensity.
Mike joined CFO from Boston not long ago. The day he walked in he warmed up with muscle-ups and a smile and we knew we were in for a treat! Since then he has impressed us with his performance and perspective on training CF. Mike is fierce, and also happens to be a damn good (read: master) hair colorist at Elevations Salon in the City.
Keep it up Mike, you're an inspiration to us all!

Mike's a bad-ass.

I don't think Mike could have gone faster with a gun to his head. That was some mind-throttling intensity. I love to see that, it inspires me.

Ev, what are you alluding to, exactly?
Posted by: Tim at October 16, 2007 1:01 PM
whats wrong with running the 10k.. think ill just hit up the 6 or so miles with a 20lb vest on the treadmill over here.

Lau:
No 5x5, however you can do one of the following;
1. Run 10K
B. Row 12K
III. Do the "chipper" that is posted at CFO
Posted by: Maximus at October 16, 2007 1:57 PM
what exactly does this chipper entail so I know if I should rush over there after class? =)
Posted by: Steven at October 16, 2007 1:59 PM
Thanks Max,
12k row it is...
Posted by: Lau at October 16, 2007 2:46 PM
I highly recommend the "chipper". If I can do it at 6am then you can show up and do it whenever. :)

Mike - welcome to the Bay Area!
Mike Minium - 10k was very unpleasant. Wish I came to the gym rather than the treadmill here - it was soooooooooooooooo soooo so boring. Would have been better with you guys.
The answer I want to know....how will those thrusters feel tomorrow?
Posted by: Brad at October 16, 2007 7:11 PM
It's a 10K row by the way.
